Catholic Women's League of Canada

          The Catholic Women’s League of Canada is a national organization rooted in gospel values calling its members to holiness through service to the people of God.
As a League, the ladies foster and celebrate Catholic faith. As a CWL member, we affirm that God blesses every aspect of ordinary life through our monthly meetings, fundraising projects and celebrations. Holy Name Society

          The Holy Name Society is committed to helping its members grow in holiness through devotion to the most Holy Name of Jesus. The apostolate of the society is to assist in parish ministries by performing the Spiritual and Corporal Works of Mercy. Membership in the HNS is open to all Catholics over the age of 18. They must be firm believers in all that the Catholic Church believes and teaches and put these teachings into practice in their daily lives. For more information, please contact us!

Legion of Mary

          The Legion of Mary is a lay Catholic organization whose members give service to the Church on a voluntary basis. We serve Jesus through Mary; Mary always points us to her son, Jesus. We have active and auxiliary members. Active member meet every Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the church hall. As an active member we visit the sick in the hospital or nursing home. We also visit our 5 elementary schools to teach the rosary. Development & Peace

          Development and Peace is the official international development organization of the Catholic Church in Canada, established by the Canadian bishops in 1967. It is a member of the Vatican-based Caritas Internationalis and has a two-fold purpose: 1) to raise funds to support partners in the Global South who promote alternatives to unfair social, political and economic structures and 2) to educate the Canadian population about the causes of poverty and mobilize Canadians towards actions for change. Serra Club of St. Catharines

          Serra is an International Catholic lay organization for the promotion of and support of priesthood and consecrated life, and the affirmation of vocations, as well as the spiritual development of its members.  Serra International is formally recognized by the Holy See as the global lay apostolate for Vocations in the Catholic Church. It is a volunteer organization of over 22,000 Catholic men and women of all ages, races, occupations and backgrounds with over 700 clubs in 37 different countries. We hold monthly meetings in the region and host events including our Annual Trivia Night. If you are interested in learning more or would like to join us, please call Patrick Portelli, President, at 416-948-3969 or by email below.
